All Citizens of India who have attained the age of 18 years who wants to help and support people in need and raise their voice for  human rights  can be a part of NHRPF. We are looking for great, humble, polite and responsible leaders for committees to appoint as  presidents, vice president & secretaries to the organisation.

 NHRPF formed different committees throughout India from all states, districts, cities, towns & villages. We have different committees.Every committee will have president, vice president, secretary and members under them. Every committee’s responsibility is to make their society non violence, non corruption, helping needy and educating people about their rights and duties and make a democratic Nation.

Note: Minimum 18 Members Required for any Committee Maximum 30 members. Without approval cannot use NHRC name plate on your car and bike.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The power of the Universal Declaration is the power of ideas to change the world. It inspires us to continue working to ensure all people can gain freedom, equality and dignity.

 

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Everyone can claim their rights regardless of sex, race, language, religion, social standing, etc.

Everyone has the right to life and to live in freedom and safety.

No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief, in worship, teaching practice and observance.

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
